Greetings! Do you like bread but don’t think you can have any because you are on a low carb eating plan? Well, don’t despair! There are a number of websites catering to low carb baking that use almond flour as well as coconut flour; both of which are low in carbs. Even our local supermarkets are starting to offer low carb bread options! I have found however, that baking yourself is a more delicious alternative.
